Welcome to MomWasRight! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MomWasRight mobile application (the "App") and our website. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download or use the App.

2. Apple Standard EULA Applies

Your license to use the App is subject to your prior acceptance of the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: Apple's Standard EULA Page. These Terms serve as a supplement to Apple's Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

We offer premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions (Annual and Monthly memberships).

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes Account at purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected price unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free Trials: If you start a free trial (e.g. 7 days), your account will be automatically charged for the annual subscription price upon completion of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours prior.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: All transaction management, subscription cancellations, and refund requests are processed directly by Apple through your iTunes Account settings. We cannot issue refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal productivity, and self-improvement purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disable, or tamper with the App's shielding and locking capabilities.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we do our best to help you curb doomscrolling, we make no guarantees regarding changes in your behavior, habits, or productivity outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MomWasRight and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
